Our Journey and Mission

Ambition was established in 2005 by Justin Swift (Managing Director). At the time he held a managerial position at the European Head Office within the Fiat group in Turin, Italy. During more than a decade developing his career on an international level, Justin gained invaluable experience in the Agricultural and Event industries whilst also drawing upon his academic background in Business and Finance.

Justin grew up on his family farm in Essex and later moved to Suffolk. This meant the rudiments of agricultural life were ingrained in him from an early age. His upbringing was the keystone in developing the passion, determination and work ethic that he demonstrates through the services his business now provides

Ambition has firmly established itself as a recognised quality supplier, ultimately building excellent customer relations through trust and proof of capability by result. Our aim has always been and remains to consistently deliver outstanding tailor made brand and event solutions for all our clients, whatever their scale of business.
