Ambition were approached by New Holland Agriculture to produce a Team Building event over two days where an entire market team from sales and service were brought together in order to gain vital on the ground experience, to increase motivation and form stronger bonds within the team. They had been through many recent changes and asked to perform to a higher standard than ever before. Ultimately, the brief was to increase their understanding of the farming industry and for employees to experience first hand the practical application of their products in real situations.

The second part of the brief was to liaise with other group companies in order to demonstrate the power and reach of Fiat. It was also designed to be fun and rewarding and as an acknowledgement for their continued hard work and focus.

On day one the group were taken to a farm where they learnt about beef production, fence building, tractor driving skills, sheep handling, crop production, clay pigeon shooting and environmental considerations. There was a light-hearted competition where teams were judged and quizzed on what they had learnt during the day. Afterwards there was a group dinner and time to relax together in the evening.

Day two brought a different concept. We hired a large area at Silverstone Grand Prix circuit and introduced the other brands from the Fiat group including Fiat Auto and Chrysler, commercial vehicles with Iveco, super cars from Maserati and the industrial brand New Holland Construction. The day was designed for employees to take time in groups to explore the other brands and experience driving them on individual and challenging courses, learning about special features whilst gaining important knowledge and familiarity with the products.
